Outpatient Psychiatrist
An Outpatient Psychiatrist is needed in South Bend, IN.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity with an established Certified Community Behavioral Health Center. Providing a range of services to all ages with an inter-disciplinary team of providers and clinicians, in addition to being a HRSA/NHSC site, this role is an excellent step forward for new and experienced providers.
Salary and Benefits
- The base salary for this role is $300,000+ – higher salaries may be negotiated depending on experience.
- Additional compensation: Providers may choose to participate in a productivity/wRVU model. The average additional income for those choosing to participate is $25,000.

- Full Support Staff – 10 Psychiatrists and over 10 PMHNPs on staff, in addition to Primary Care Physicians and behavioral health clinicians.
- M-F outpatient schedule, 8 am to 5 pm. Organization is willing to consider a provider who wants to work slightly less than 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm).
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic patient care.
- Call – one week per month by phone only.
- Once or twice per year, Provider will be asked to do weekend rounds in the Inpatient unit.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
- Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
- New graduates finishing their residency/in fellowship are welcome to apply
