Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert medical care and treatment to children and adolescents, ensuring the highest standard of mental health support.
  • Collaborate closely with Primary Care Physicians and Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide comprehensive, holistic care that addresses both physical and mental well-being.
  • Play a vital role in creating and executing individualized treatment plans that foster emotional and behavioral health, helping children reach their full potential.

Compensation & Benefits: $255,000 - $300,000 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Child Psychiatrist with a passion for patient-centered care.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
  • A commitment to improving mental health outcomes and making a lasting positive impact on the community of Brockton.

Requirements: Current Massachusetts licensure and maintains current certifications. Board certified in Adult Psychiatry; additional board certification in children helpful. Bilingual preferred
