Position Highlights:
Facility has an exciting full-time opportunity available for an APRN to join our growing behavioral health department. In collaboration with a team of individuals that includes physicians, licensed counselors and nursing, you will assess, manage, prescribe and evaluate appropriate therapeutic and pharmacologic interventions for adult patients in our innovative outpatient service. Additional responsibilities may include group psychotherapy, referrals to primary care physicians or other providers, and conducting educational in-services. You will also participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
- Must have specialty certification through ANCC in psychiatric mental health nursing
- Current Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance License required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mental health setting preferred though willing to consider new graduates
