Psychiatry Faculty opening in Des Moines, IA - Visa Eligible Opportunity in Des Moines, IA Full Time; Permanent Position Employed Opportunity H1 Visa Sponsored Job Details: - Clinical supervision and mentorship of Residents in ambulatory setting - Provide outpatient care in Residency continuity clinic - Didactic and Clinical teaching responsibilities - Supervise Medical Student rotations - Opportunity to participate in research and other scholarly activity - Consult services at Primary Care Integrated Clinic - Psychiatry Residency Program, created in 2019, is a four year, ACGME accredited program with 4 residents per year - Residents rotate through a variety of services including inpatient/outpatient psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine, geropsychiatry, emergency psychiatry, C/A, chemical dependency, consultation, and community psychiatry - We offer a competitive compensation package including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, paid malpractice and a 403B match Des Moines, IA, is a thriving capital city with a population of approximately 215,000 residents, known for its vibrant culture and strong sense of community.
