- Seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our Family Medicine Practice as a Psychologist, LCPC or LCSW.
- Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in a family medicine clinic, working alongside family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners and clinical staff
- Works closely with primary care providers and staff using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model to develop and implement treatment plans, increase patients access to behavioral health care, and provide on the fly consultation for providers.
- Applicants should have an interest in or experience with brief evidence-based interventions, team-based care, a wide variety of presenting concerns, and diverse patient populations.
- Full time opportunity, clinic is open and staffed Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- No call obligation
- Education Required: LCSW or LCPC must have active Montana licensure or ability to apply for/receive licensure prior to starting employment
