We are excited to share a unique opportunity for a dedicated Psychiatrist to join a dynamic team at a reputable hospital in southwestern Virginia, assisting their Adult Inpatient unit. We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist with applicable experience and to contribute to our mission providing exceptional care.
Details/Requirements:
--Role: Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist
--Facility: SW Virginia Hospital
--Schedule: 7 on 7 off, starting in January and going through August
--Experience Required: Board Certified, Board Eligible MD/DO - Inpatient and Hospital experience
--Provide comprehensive Psychiatric evaluations and treatment to patients
--Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
--Manage and stabilize acute psychiatric crises
--See admitted patients with in 24 hours, and follow up with them every 72 hours for the duration of their stay
