Job Description
Bronzeville Health Center is seeking a Psychiatrist Attending Physician. Under the direction of the Psychiatry Department Chair and the Ambulatory Adult Division Chief, this role involves providing psychiatric assessment and management for patients with co-morbid medical and mental health conditions. The Psychiatrist will conduct initial consultations and ongoing medication management in outpatient settings across Cook County Health (CCH). Located in Chicago, this position offers the opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment within the city's largest safety-net hospital, while enjoying the rich amenities of a vibrant urban area.

The Bronzeville Health Center is one of more than a dozen community clinics run by Cook County Health (CCH). Anchored by CCH’s historic Provident Hospital, this 26,000-square-foot health center on Chicago’s South Side offers Family Medicine, Behavioral Health and rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. With 44 exam rooms and a therapy gym, this state-of-the-art facility is a safe, modern space to serve the healthcare needs of Cook County residents.
