Job Responsibilities
- Full-time/permanent outpatient practice with participation in weekend/holiday inpatient rounding
- Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
o Monday-Friday
o Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better
o Northwest Indiana, Lake County
- EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings

Qualifications
- Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.
Working Hours
o Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better
