**Adult Outpatient Psychiatry opening**
J1/H1b Eligible
*Santa Rosa, CA - 55m to San Francisco*
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- No travel required
- J1 and H1b Eligible
- Adult General
- Case load: 12-15 patients (New pts 1Hr, follow up 30 minutes to 45 minutes)
- Perform psychiatric diagnosis, treatment interpretations and recommendations
- Provide effective treatment; formulate, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable laws
- Prepare and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive records, reports, and correspondence
- Adhere to Medicare Standard level of care and documentation for Billing and Coding
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Adult patient population (Child Psychiatrist will see Adolescent and Adult population)
**Compensation**
- 275K-280K
- RVU bonus - 36K-60K
- CME
- Sign on Bonus

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Completion of a residency training program in Psychiatry that provides good standing and approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Valid DEA Certificate
- Current California license with no prior history of Board action in any other state (or eligibility to obtain)
- Comfortable with Dictation System and writing daily, currently no EMR in place

- Located in beautiful Napa & Sonoma Wine Valley with comfortable year-around climate and readily access to several outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing in one of the many surrounding lakes and trails or go exploring one of the local wineries. We are one of the largest psychiatric practice north of San Francisco.
