Seeking a Psycologist to coordinate and conduct pre-transplant evaluations of patients. The position is responsible for providing patients with group and individual health and behavior interventions throughout their transplant journey in both outpatient and inpatient medical settings. The clinical psychologist also collaborates with the interdisciplinary transplant team of surgeons, medical providers, social workers, nutritionists, pharmacy staff, nurse coordinators, transplant leadership staff, and other consultants.
