Job Responsibilities
Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for children and adolescents
Oversee clinic operations to ensure service delivery is both effective and efficient
Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale
Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team by establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting evaluations, and monitoring program progress
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to care
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents
Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
At least two years of experience supervising BT or RBTs
Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting teams in intensive treatment environments is preferred
