- Additional Info: Seeking a Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in a role that balances clinical excellence with leadership. DETAILS: -Supervision: Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of 6 individuals comprised of therapists and psychiatric NPs, offering guidance, support, and clinical supervision to ensure high standards of care and professional development. Clinical and Administrative Duties: Maintain a 50/50 balance between direct patient care, such as psych evals and assessments, and administrative responsibilities, including contributing to policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings. -Hybrid Flexibility: Allowing for telehealth and the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week. -Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and address complex patient needs -Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience with demonstrated leadership ability
