DESCRIPTION:

· WILLIAMSBURG CLINIC-ADULT OUTPATIENT

· ASAP - Ongoing

· 40 hours per week (weekdays)

One year minimum experience. Volunteer/teaching will not work to count toward the above experience requirement.

Locum Tenens at Williamsburg Clinic to supplant staff out on extended medical leave. This LT will have a patient caseload.

REQUIRED:

• NY state license; active, unrestricted.
• 1-year experience, post residency.
• Board Certified.
• Verification of Provider Medicaid/Medicare Registration

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Extended leave will not be permitted during this assignment. Shorter leaves (e.g., one week or less) may be considered.
