A permanent, full-time Deputy Chief Medical Officer position in Portland, OR.
This is a rewarding opportunity with an established community health system focused on serving the community. Their multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff offer a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs.
This position oversees the medical care delivery system, including development and implementation of strategies, programs, policies, and procedures while providing direct patient care for all age ranges (60% direct patient care/40% administrative function). Supervision over Physicians, Mid-Levels and department staff is included.
Guaranteed salary ($200K-$270K) and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, flexible spending, 4% 401k match, 14 holidays and 26 days PTO. Loan repayment options are available.
