We are hiring a Psychiatrist for a locum assignment in East Iowa for 2- 3 week coverage a month!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialled
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Provider will round in the morning, and every third day they will take a turn managing all hospital calls/consults, etc. (during shift hours)
• NO CALL on evenings or weekends - only during regular business hours
• Inpatient Psych (adult unit and adolescent unit), Hospital Consults, ER Consults
• Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Organic Disorders
• Required to have familiarity with Family Therapy, Restraint Application, Group Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Seclusion therapy, Voluntary Commitments, ER
• Patients a day: 5 - 12
• EMR: Cerner

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification Psychiatry, Not accepting BE
• IA license or IMLC
• 2 years Inpatient psych experience
• Experience in treating patients ages 6 and up
