- Initial assessment, follow-up visits, med mgmt., care coordination for complex issues, discharge paperwork, tx team attendance, DC summary dictation, collaboration with mid-level practitioners (medical and psychiatric) for patient care
- Location: Centre Hall, Pennsylvania – Beautiful facility located on gorgeous campus, near state college
- Duration: 9/23-10/4
- Start Date: 9/23
- Shift: Monday-Friday
- Hourly Rate is Negotiable
- Week night call once weekly Qualifications: Board Certified and Board Eligible
- Current certification Pennsylvania License
- Specific clinical requirements or types of cases Adult/Child/Adolescent
