Premier Physician Services, LLC is currently working with their client located in the Greensboro, NC area to fill their Psychiatric need. This is a 6 month contract with options to extend.
Job Responsibilities
Amount of coverage needed per month: 14 shifts per month (7 on/off)
Patients per day: 16-18 under psychiatrists supervision with added support of residents and or APP’s
Patient population/age: Adults 18+
Department description: The adult unit is an 80-bed crisis stabilization unit staffed with RNs, MHTs, CSWs, RTs, APPs, Residents and MDs. Patient length of stay is 2-5 days and as a residency training program, we work to incorporate education into each interaction. There are typically 2 MDs, 1 APP, and 2-4 residents/medical students on a given day.
