Medicus currently has an opportunity for a Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage at a facility in eastern Pennsylvania. This opening offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with a diverse patient population.
Opportunity Details:
- Unit Type: Adult inpatient, with flexibility to see child/adolescent patients (ages 8+)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- On-Call: None required
- Patient Ages: 18+, but willing to see 8 and up
- Patient Census: 16 patients per day
- Support Staff: Collaborative team including MDs, APPs, RNs, LCSWs, and behavioral health technicians
- EMR System: Epic
- Board Certification: Required
- Travel: Paid travel & expenses
