- Other Details: The facility, which is trauma level 1, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. Call schedule will be 1-2 days per week. 3 days on occasion. Possible weekend call needed. On call weekdays by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the following morning. On call weekends round on psychiatric units, and see new consultations in the ED and med/surg on Saturday and Sunday.Avg Called in while on call may varies, about 2-4 admissions, plus calls for behavioral issues, PRN medications, non-routine incidents on the unit. There's an average 10-12 patients per shift and 29 beds in the department.
