Our client is an integrated health center offering behavioral health, crisis intervention and primary care services to all ages.

Salary and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $250,000 to $275,000
• HRSA Site – 85% of Student Loan Balance Forgiven!
• Eligible for additional State and Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs
• Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and Full-time role available (benefits are only offered to providers who work 30+ hours per week)
• Paid Vacation Time – 4 Weeks in First Year

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric assessment and medication monitoring to child and adolescent clients (average age range: 8 to 18 years)
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to Child and Family Team and/or Adult Clinical Team members and/or Primary Care Providers regarding Psychiatric clients.
• Call: One week every four weeks - Provider takes afterhours call by phone only.
• Patients per day: Average of 8 to 10, Maximum 14
• EMR system – NextGen
  

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited University in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Licensed by Arizona Board of Medical Examiners in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Providers who are still in their fellowship training are welcome to apply!
• Valid level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
• Able to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
