Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties (60%):

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and interventional treatments.

Provide direct patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research and evidence-based practices in psychiatry and behavioral health treatment.
Administrative Duties (40%):

Oversee the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives to continually enhance patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health.

Board certification in Psychiatry.

Licensure in the State of New York.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.

Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical standards.

Additional fellowship training and experience in Addiction Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison (C&L) Psychiatry Preferred

Experience in administering and overseeing interventional psychiatric treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV ketamine preferred
