An established community healthcare center in Santa Barbara, California, is seeking a psychiatrist to be a part of their team of 3 clinical psychologists, 5 social workers, and 1 substance abuse counselor.

The Opportunity:
- Guaranteed base salary of $340,000
- Outpatient role
- Treat on average 7-10 patients per day
- No call schedule
