- Team: 1 Physician and 4 APP's, 4 Therapists, and support staff (RNs, Nursing Assistants, Case Management, Office Staff)

**Compensation Details:**
- Base salary and sign-on bonus, also qualifying for the PSLF

**Qualifications:**
- Education Required: Masters Degree in Social Work or equivalent to and from an accredited school.
- Experience Required: One year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as an LCSW. LCAC preferred as well.
- Certifications: BLS certification may be required. Specialty practice certifications in areas of practice expertise are also encouraged.
- Other: Must have the ability to work cooperatively with all staff, physicians, and departments. Must be committed to Patient Satisfaction and Patient Safety. Ability to be approved by Professional Liability - Insurance. Participation in individual or group clinical supervision may be required.
