Overview:

• Potential for telehealth work, with an established patient panel, 2-3 days a week
• Must be willing to provide a mix of both medication management and therapy
• 4-day workweek with flexible schedule to promote work-life balance
• Excellent compensation model without seeing a high volume of patients
• Bonus incentive plan available

• Compensation: $275,000 - $300,000 commensurate with experience
• Additional RVU production bonuses up to $5,000 per month
