Rock Springs Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Psychiatrist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our adult inpatient population in Georgetown, TX. This position offers a flexible work schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Position Details:
• Role: Part-Time Psychiatrist
• Location: Rock Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, Georgetown, TX
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, around 4 hours per day
• No weekends or call required
• Option to pick up weekend shifts for an additional stipend
• Employment Models: Open to Independent Contractor (IC) or Employed (Salaried) model
Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Valid medical license to practice in Texas
• Experience with adult inpatient psychiatric care
• Comfortable working with acute mental health diagnoses and chemical dependency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
