Position Details
• Work with and lead an interdisciplinary team providing Adult Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient Psychiatry services to the western suburbs of Minneapolis
• Outstanding work/life balance: zero call responsibilities and work from home/tele psych 2 days per week
• ~30% partial hospitalization (8-chair PHP case load) and ~70% outpatient psychiatry (hospital-based clinic setting)
• Lots of flexibility for how you structure your workflow
• Desirable mix of therapy and Psychiatry
• Well-aligned compensation model allows you to focus on quality of care, not quantity (generous evergreen base salary, plus additional bonuses)
