McLaren Port Huron is recruiting a Psychiatrist for a hospital-based position to provide inpatient care for our 23 bed adult unit. The selected candidate will join an experienced, board certified Psychiatrist providing evaluation, supervision, and non-medical care for patients. Average daily census of 18 with a 3-day average length of stay.

The mental health unit has a multidisciplinary team of caregivers which consists of RN’s, 4 social workers, occupational and recreational therapists, and mental health technicians. St. Clair County Community Mental Health rounds daily to assist in discharge and planning. Qualified candidates will be BE/BC in Psychiatry. Additional highlights include:
