OPTION #1
IP Adult/General Psychiatrist
The Staff Psychiatrist position duties include admission evaluations, treatment planning and direct patient care working in the inpatient program; The caseload will be Adult patients with diverse psychiatric treatment issues; Monday-Friday, days only; Collegial, supportive and caring environment working with other physicians, clinical staff and administration; Low Seclusion & Restraint rates & outstanding clinical outcomes; Manageable workload & minimal call requirement = outstanding work/life-balance; Full-time position w/ competitive Base Salary compensation, robust Benefits package, & Productivity Bonus plan; Option for Independent Contractor is available if needed/desired.

IP Psychiatry Medical Director
Oversee well-established medical-staff team of physicians and advanced practitioners; Outstanding clinical outcomes – Seclusion & Restraint Rates lower than average; Mixed Clinical/Administrative duties - 75% Clinical / 25% Administrative duties; Monday-Friday, day schedule with minimal call/weekends required; Caseload will consist of providing inpatient care to 10-12 adult patients per day; Identify and oversee the development of the programs and clinical services necessary to meet key mental health needs of the community; Monitor, evaluate, and modify the clinical programs, utilizing the input and skills of the clinical management team; Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, making recommendations when necessary; Participate in treatment planning, implementation and monitoring; Review all diagnostic and treatment reports on patients and complete discharge summaries; Member of Medical Executive Committee, and attends and participates in other necessary meetings;

Initial evaluations and assessments; Treatment team leadership and daily care of patients; Participation in assigned medical staff meetings; Medical record documentation; Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule; Strong clinical and administrative support offered to our physicians; All services in our inpatient and partial programs are provided in a multidisciplinary treatment setting; Competitive compensation package including base salary, benefits and bonus productivity bonus potential; and Paid Weekend Call if interested for additional income; ECT experience is a plus
