Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Outpatient - Staff Information: Psychologist and LCSW on staff
- Patient Information: 12-14 per day -1 hour with new patient visit AND 30 min with follow up visits
- Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)

-U.S. Citizenship required
-Must have worked within the last 6 months - Pay Information: 1099 - $220 an hour
