Facility:

A community health center based in Los Angeles, California. FQHC offers nine clinical sites across the Westside of Los Angeles that provides comprehensive primary health care and a range of specialty care and supportive services. These include medical, dental and vision care; mental health services; chronic disease management (such as diabetes and asthma); reproductive health and prenatal care; early childhood development; health education and wellness programs; case management; and lab and pharmacy services.

*Patient Population: Adult Patient Population with opportunities to work with children and adolescents if desired
