Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an additional psychiatrist to join our team of committed healthcare professionals in San Marcos, CA. The Psychiatrist, working under the guidance of the CMO and in partnership with the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health, delivers assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for emotional and behavioral disorders impacting adult patients.

Qualifications

Psychiatrist with Medicare and California Medicaid numbers prior to start of employment

Valid California medical license as MD or DO

Certified as a diplomat in the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in psychiatry

Completion of a psychiatric residency or a family medicine/psychiatry residency in an ACGME approved residency program

Valid DEA certificate

2 years' experience working full-time as a psychiatrist and MD or DO in child/adult psychiatry

Preferred- Bilingual English/Spanish
β€’ Current and unrestricted Controlled Substances Registration Certificate from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
β€’ COVID vaccination.
