Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Management: Conduct regular meetings with patients to review medication plans, explain treatment options, and address concerns.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of medication changes and clinical decisions.
• Seclusion & Restraint Reviews: Conduct bi-monthly reviews to ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols.
• Court Testimony: Provide expert testimony in court for involuntary commitments, fitness to proceed, and other related cases.
• Collaboration: Actively engage in the hospital’s peer review program, staying current with policies and procedures.
