Psychologist opening in Corvallis, Oregon_x000D_ 80 miles to Portland, OR_x000D_ _x000D_ Full time, permanent_x000D_ _x000D_ Clinic is actively recruiting a behavioral health professional to provide integrated behavioral health services to a largely adult population of patients in a primary care setting. Our integrated behaviorists are embedded within our primary care practices and are an integral part of patient care._x000D_ _x000D_ Practice Opportunity_x000D_ Work closely with medical providers and allied staff to address behavioral health needs of primary care patients_x000D_ Conduct assessments and interventions with a short-term model (e.g., 1-6 sessions)_x000D_ Maintain the flexibility to respond to urgent situations, warm hand-offs, and timely consultation with colleagues_x000D_ Coordinate the referral of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health_x000D_ _x000D_ Qualifications_x000D_ Oregon Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or eligibility for Oregon licensure_x000D_ Commitment to evidence-based practice_x000D_ Possess the attitudes and skills necessary for providing integrative behavioral health services_x000D_ Adaptable to the pace and culture of primary care_x000D_ Experience and training in the integrated behavioral health model are strongly preferred_x000D_ _x000D_ Mid-Willamette Valley_x000D_ Considered one of the most desirable areas to live in Oregon_x000D_ Thriving communities offering cultural events and festivals, superb schools, and Pac-12 University_x000D_ Easy access to abundant outdoor recreation, Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains, Portland Metropolitan area, and Oregon wine country
