**Psychiatry opening in North Carolina**
* Located in ***Hickory, NC*** - just 58 miles from Charlotte, NC!
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed position
* Inpatient & outpatient responsibilities
* Joining 3 Psychiatrists & 3 APPs
* 258-bed, independently owned, non-profit medical center
* Inpatient unit is 38 beds; divided into a general adult unit, geriatric unit, intensive care unit, and med-psych unit
* Hospital owned outpatient clinic adjacent to hospital campus
* Call is generally 1:5, rotating week nights. Weekend call is 1:5 (rounding and call) with an APP
* Multidisciplinary treatment team including a clinical psychologist, APP, licensed clinical social worker, addiction specialist, and other disciplines on staff. Group meets daily to plan care and workloads.
* Guaranteed base salary (for first 6 months) and then base plus productivity bonus
