A few sites in California are looking for locum Psychiatry coverage starting asap with full-time or part-time coverage available. Must be comfortable working with mentally ill patients/inmates. Can you help?

  • Full-time and Part-time available
  • Units/Sites:
    • SATF - Substance Abuse Treatment Facility
    • COR California State Prison - Corcoran
  • 100% inpatient correctional facility.
  • 12-16 patients per day
  • Serve periodically as psychiatrist-of-the-day for on-call/call back during weekend and off-hours for patient emergencies, Mental Health Crisis Beds follow up, and 5-day follow ups
  • Must be comfortable meeting with mental ill patients/inmates.
  • EMR:CERNER
  • DEA verification
  • CA License
  • BLS card from AHA
