**IOP/PHP Psychiatrist Openings in Connecticut**
Locations:
- Hartford
- Dayville: located 45 miles from Hartford, CT and 27 miles from Providence, RI
- Norwich: Located 55m to New Haven
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employed
- IOP, PHP
- Provide direct patient services including diagnostic admission evaluations, psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy
- Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance-dependent patients.

- The staff understands the complexity of dually-diagnosed clients and provides high quality treatment using a variety of evidence-based modalities, and it understands the role of the Medical Provider and the importance of working as a multi-disciplinary system to create an efficient team and assure best outcomes.
- The practice is minutes from the beaches of the Connecticut shoreline and the historic sea village of Mystic. It is less than an hour drive to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic, the scenic valley of the Connecticut River basin, and colonial towns with both New England and Victorian architecture. The area boasts famous restaurants, scenic drives, picturesque hiking, two major casinos, local Amtrak service, and an hour drive to international airports.
**Experience and Requirements:**
- Experience in evaluation services, experience with a multidisciplinary team treatment model.
- Licensure/Certifications Required:
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency)
- State of CT, Department of Public Health medical license; DEA; CCSR; Buprenorphine waiver; Clozapine REMS registration
