DETAILS: - Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments. -Responsible for medication management. Opportunities available for providing therapy if desired. -Patient volume consists of 18-20ppd, with a mix of new patient intakes and follow-ups: New patient intake appointments range from 45 minutes-1 hour, follow-ups are 15-20min. -Opportunities for a hybrid-remote schedule available once continuity of care is established -Psych NP and psychotherapist staff on site to provide support - Participates in clinical team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS: -NY State License and DEA require -Bilingual candidates and/or those with community health experience highly desireable
