Job Responsibilities
Examine patients’ feet and ankles to diagnose disorders and diseases.
Perform surgical procedures on the foot and ankle as needed.
Prescribe and fit orthotics and other assistive devices.
Treat sports-related injuries and provide wound care for diabetic patients.
Educate patients on proper foot care and preventive measures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
