HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BE/BC Surgical Podiatrist to join our multispecialty care team in Effingham, Illinois. HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital’s Wound Healing Center will work in partnership with the podiatry team to provide wound care to the patient population. The Wound Health Center has been named a recipient of the Center of Distinction award by Healogics®, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services, every year since it opened in 2010, making them one of only five other Healogics centers nationwide to have won this award in this many consecutive years.

Position Details:
- Monday – Friday clinic schedule with option of 4 day work week
- No hospital call rotation
- Minimal after hours clinic call
- EPIC EMR
- Dedicated support staff
Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in podiatry
- M.D., D.O., or professional equivalent degree
- Ability and willingness to do shoulder cases is required
Pay Range: $325,000 - $397,792
Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
Experience Qualifications
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
