Location: Augusta Georgia
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at Aiyan Diabetes Center, a multispecialty outpatient clinic located in the scenic and warm city of Augusta, GA. This role involves providing specialized medical care and treatment for disorders, diseases, and injuries of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity. As a key member of our Diabetes clinic, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care tailored to the individual needs of our Diabetes patients. Our team of Docters are Endocrinologists, Poidatrists , Retina Opthalmologist, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Pain management physicians and Nurse Practioners
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat ailments related to the lower extremities such as skin and nail diseases, injuries, wound care , and other foot and ankle problems and surgical procedures foot and and andk for diabetes and Non Diabetes Patients
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary to correct or remedy such conditions.
- Prescribe and fit orthotics, prosthetics, and corrective shoes.
- Provide guidance and advice on foot health education and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate treatment plans and progress.
- Participate in continuing education, seminars, and other professional development activities.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 18-20 patients per day
- out patient clinics, Surgery Center coverage
- no call
- no weekends
- major holidays off
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $200,000.00
- 4 weeks paid
- Comprehensive malpractice insurance.
- Health insurance coverage
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) coverage. 2 days
- licensing , DEA and Credentialling fees
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited college of podiatric medicine.
- Valid state license to practice podiatric medicine in georgia
- Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to the highest quality of patient care.
- Board Certification
