- Outpatient only

- Open 7 days a week
- No visa candidates, unfortunately
- Organization Information:
- Varied payor mix – including private insurances, underserved population, Medicare, Medicaid, and more
- $170,000-$180,0000 - depending on experience but open to negotiation
- Occurrence based malpractice insurance provided for full-time providers
- Credentialing can be done in 6-8 weeks or less
- Ability to work as a 1099 or W2
