**Inpatient Director of PM&R opening in Ohio**_x000D_ ~Located in Portsmouth, OH_x000D_ ~Columbus 90m; Cincy 100m_x000D_ _x000D_ **The Job**_x000D_ Looking for a board certified Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director of our Inpatient Rehab Care unit._x000D_ _x000D_ - Full-time_x000D_ - Permanent position_x000D_ - New grads welcome_x000D_ - H1b visa sponsorship_x000D_ _x000D_ **Compensation**_x000D_ Option #1: Base salary of $320,259 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation_x000D_ for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target._x000D_ _x000D_ Option #2: Base salary of $388,815 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU_x000D_ production contract._x000D_ * 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification_x000D_ _x000D_ **2-year contract also includes:**_x000D_ - Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs_x000D_ - CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000_x000D_ - Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)_x000D_ - Deferred compensation: 457b plan.
