Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Physician Leadership: Take the lead on CMS rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Outpatient Physiatry Clinic Development: Play a pivotal role in building and expanding our outpatient Physiatry clinic.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support physiatrists, fostering professional growth and development.
- Interdepartmental Relations: Build strong relationships between nursing and therapy teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Admissions and Discharge Expertise: Utilize your expertise to streamline the admissions and discharge processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Board-certified Physiatrist with extensive experience in PM&R.
- Proven leadership skills in a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of CMS rules and regulations.
- Experience in developing outpatient Physiatry clinics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
