Start Date: April 15, 2025- October 1, 2025

Schedule/Need: Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M-F, night/weekend call

Submission Requirements:

1. Active Board Certification: REQUIRED
2. 2. Active Texas License ONLY: REQUIRED
3. 3. Active BLS Certification: REQUIRED
4. 4. Fellowship: PREFERRED

Position Details:

-Will you accept Multiple providers Yes
-Number of patients seen per day in clinic Caseload average 15 range
-What support staff is available - (2) IM groups cover house
-Age of patients - 16-90
-Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient
-Reason For Need -Vacancy
-How Long Does Credentialing Take - emergent can be granted
-Are Temp Privileges Granted - Yes for providers with a clean history
-Rounding 3 times a week minimum plus weekend coverage
-Average Number of Admissions per shift - 3-4
-Define The Number of Support Staff to Be Supplied For The Locum Coverage: RN: 5, MA: 5
-Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? No
-Is Resident or Teaching Supervision Required? No
