We are looking for two providers for this need. Ideally, we would like to privilege them at QVH & PVH for
locum needs as they arise there as well.
The site is working on obtaining temporary privilege approval for the April shifts. If this can not be obtained
provider will more than likely not start until June.
OT Policy: Overtime must be pre-approved by medical director prior to end of shift
Presents should reflect the following requirements:
Guaranteed Hours: 8
OT applies after: 10 hours worked
Providers must take 1 hour lunch
Specific Dates Needed (Provider must have availability or will not be considered):
Apr 28-May 18
Jun 9-Jun 18
Sep 29-Oct 5
