Locums Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Springfield, MO Coverage Need 4/30/2025 - Ongoing LONG TERM COVERAGE NEEDED: PMR physician Will need to be credentialed to allow a start date of April 30. 13 bed ARU coverage and Neurophysiology coverage for procedures, which is located on the ARU floor. 8am-5pm M-F call coverage for ARU 5pm-7pm M-F call back when needed

  • Covering the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) only, no clinic coverage
  • No in-house call, pager/cell phone call for ARU coverage
Position Details Specialty: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Practice Setting: Inpatient (Acute Rehabilitation Unit) Call Type: Pager (20-minute response time) EMR System: Epic Call Ratio: 0 Phone Consults: 20-30 per month Provider Requirements Missouri license required Board Certified or Eligible required No trauma or clinic coverage, just ARU Provider required to handle late admissions for the ARU Temporary privileges available Credentialing time: 45-90 days BLS Additional Details 6:1 RN ratio No need for specialized physical medicine procedures
