Locums - Fort Myers, Florida, Physical Medicine and Rehab Opening Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! Dates of Need: 4/2 - 4/6 and 4/12 - 4/20 Setting: Acute Inpatient Rehab - Hospital based unit Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-Hour Day) Weeknight Call: No 24-Hour Weekend Call: Yes, rotating 24-Hour Weekend Callback: Yes, rounding, admissions, discharges - expect 4-8 hours of work each day PPD: Up to 18 Support: This unit has great Internal Medicine and specialty support. There is also another Physiatrist on staff EMR: Epic Support Staff: One pa but will primarily work for the medical director. Will provide weekend coverage in an every 3 week rotation Description of work: Inpatient rehab hospital care. Primary diagnoses stroke, brain injury, other neupo. Typical los 12 days. This rehab hospital is a unit within hospital so has strong medical support from internal medicine and other specialties as needed Previous inpatient rehab hospital expereince preferred. Interdisciplinary, team-oriented care EMR: EPIC Physiatry: Required previous experience: Applicants must be able to demonstrate the provision of inpatient, outpatient, or consultative services for at least 24 patients during the past 12 months Provider must have an active FL License, clean background and NPDB Must be Board Certified and meet all procedure requirements to be booked Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
