· ASAC Ongoing

· Monday-Friday 8a-5p 4 days per week

· Call: 1 24/hour call coverage weekend per month

· Procedures Preferred: Electrodiagnostic, Joint Injections

· Supervision: No

· Culture: Collaborative, team-oriented

· EMR: EPIC


Required:

· VT License

· Board Certified/Eligible ABPMR

· BLS

· Botox for spasticity management


Travel Expenses and Malpractice Insurance are provided.
