Dates open: Coverage needed 2 weeks a month through summer

Details/Requirements: #106900
-- Shifts: Hospital 8am - 5pm
-- Night call: 5pm - 8am
-- Monday - Friday only, no weekends

-- Active MT license or IMLC
-- Fellowship Required
-- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required
