Compensation: Up to $500,000/year (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Rehabilitation Medicine Physician (PM&R):

Responsibilities as the Rehabilitation Medicine Physician (PM&R):
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Assess and diagnose pain and injury-related conditions, creating tailored rehabilitation plans to maximize recovery and health.
- Patient Care: Prescribe medications, administer therapeutic injections, and provide guidance on exercises and nutrition for optimal outcomes.
- Documentation: Ensure detailed and accurate patient records are maintained in compliance with policies and standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with specialists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Education and Support: Clearly explain diagnoses and treatment strategies to patients, offering education and resources to support their recovery.
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) with specialized training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Licensure: Active New York Medical License required.
- Experience: At least 5 years as a PM&R Physician, with expertise in treating work-related and motor vehicle injuries.
- Certifications: Workers' Compensation Authorization and Licensed Acupuncturist required.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of No-Fault and Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
- Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
